Srinivas Rao Mahankali (MSR)

Srinivas Rao Mahankali (MSR) is a seasoned ecosystem builder with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. As the former CEO of T-Hub Hyderabad, he helped create a world-class innovation ecosystem for entrepreneurs and corporates. He co-founded and exited two successful ventures—Aujas and Network Solutions—and currently serves as a Partner at Social Venture Partners, mentoring startups and social enterprises. His expertise includes innovation coaching, design thinking, and fostering entrepreneurship across India.

Maria Alvarez Mann

Maria Alvarez Mann is an experienced technology executive with leadership roles as CIO, CTO, and CDO at top firms like JPMorgan Chase and USAA. She specializes in digital modernization, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance, and has been recognized with multiple industry awards. Maria currently advises private equity firms, focusing on IT strategy, M&A, and cloud transformations.

Rachel Moore Weller

Rachel Moore Weller invests in seed through B-round enterprise technology startups, particularly machine-learning/AI and some related hard-tech companies. She serves as an advisor or board member of several startups that improve analytics in the financial and pharmaceutical industries or preventative diagnostics in healthcare. Rachel is interested in issues related to equity in education and improving tech education in U.S. schools to develop the American tech workforce She sits on the board of trustees of The River School, a nationally recognized innovator in language and literacy instruction and social-emotional learning. In her spare time she skis, runs ultra races, and spends time with her two sons in Washington, D.C.
